Error while Connecting CRM through Terminal Services,VPN

While accesing CRM throgh Terminal Services in one of our product where Parent Child relationship Exist in
Account and contact . I am getting (Unavailable-200:OK ). while  clicking on parent account ,
 I have attached screenshot.

The screen you are showing is an add-on from c360 (they sell add-on products for Microsoft CRM).  You should contact their technical support group to narrow this problem down.

I suspect that the problem is either:
* The user does not have permission to see the record (check Security Roles)
* The record has been deleted or deactivated
