Error Code 10061: Connection refused

Hello Experts,
I am trying to access a intranet server IIS.And when I write the
http://192.168.1.35/
then I see the error below:
Error Code 10061: Connection refused

Any idea?

only do reinstall as last resort!

ok what files do you have in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\  ?

also is this your local machine?

if so please try http://localhost

I am guess it must be a firewall rule somewhere stopping you

is iis manager if you right click on website will it browse?

is properties for that page looking for Default.asp ? but you have index.htm

If I reinstall the IIS could be the problem solved?
