Preventing password field auto-filling

Recently I've made an update to my site - I save login name of last customer who logged in from given computer and save it into cookie. When he comes back username is already filled and he should only enter password.

The problem is, in some cases (I guess when user chooses to store password in IE) password is already entered! Can I prevent it somehow? I saw it on several pages and they don't have such issue.

I use JSP (JSF framework) on Tomcat.
