create a email pointer in sbs server

We have all our mail going to a local sbs server, we want support@ emails to go into our hosted email ticket system.

How can i get the support emails our of exchange to the web server, can i set up a forwarder or pointer to do this?

    Follow the instructions here:

    1. Untick the ' This Exchange Org is responsible for all mail' in the SMTP Address property.
    2. In Default SMTP Virtual Server Properties set up 'Forward all unresolved Mail' to point to your web server.
    3. Don''t forget to untick 'Filter recipients who are not in the Directory' in Message Delivery Properties.
