Printer HP2015n

We have just bought a 2015 and are finding that for some documents we have to press the green button to get the page/pages to print. The warning light flashes orange when the document has not been printed. I am using the printer as a local printer connected via USB.

There appears to be no pattern to which program we are printing from nor the size of the document.

Any ideas as to what is causing this problem and the solution?

Watch Question

Can you confirm if it is both the warning light flashing and the light next to the Go button on?

As shown in this (page 88 of 158) http://bizsupport1.austin.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c00623611/c00623611.pdf

Many thanks,

Pete

And also, can you confirm whether or not it is specific documents that cause the issue?

i.e. If you print a doc, and it causes the error, if you then resent that job, would it error again? Or does the same doc sometimes print fine?
