Active Directory Permissions

When i create a resource object via copy in AD, the users can not access the calendar of this, because of missing permission. But after a day, the same permission are applied to the new object as the original.

Why is it going so long time before we can use the object?

Active Directory does have a certain time to update.   See here:

I believe the default time for replication is 5 minutes.  It can be changed through the registry, so another admin may have increased it.  Unfortunately, when you copy something, it does not immediately copy the permissions along with it.  That would be too easy.  And if you move it, I believe it will reset the permissions to the parent object.
