Outlook Calendar issue when scheduling a meeting

This has been going on off and on for several months - when I go to schedule a meeting some calendars show as 'no information'

Is this when viewing someone else's calendar? If not, sorry for misunderstanding.
If so, try re-adding the calendar (right-click, delete then open again)

yes this is when trying to view someone else's calendar.

Like I say, try deleting the calendar from your "shared calendars" view and then re-open it. Fixes 90% of the errors I get :)

Do you know what would cause an issue like this? It only seems to be happening to one person.

Fraid not. I get a similar sort of thing now and then viewing one of my colleagues calendars, I've just put it down to a problem with our Exchange server ( our backup server reports there's a few corrupt files within the exchange database).

Sorry I can't be more help :(
I tried deleting and readding ther person this was happening to and it still did not fix it. would anyone else out there have a suggestion?
