Sysprep causes system to boot loop.

I have recently set up sysprep on a Windows XP Pro machine. Using mainly the default settings, the only problem is upon reboot the machine will no boot becuase it says that the setup can not continue and says it needs to restart. Under safe mode it wont let you run setup and asks to be restarted.

Any ideas?

What version of XP are you running? SP2? If so, see this Microsoft article:

Also, did your image include Windows Media Player 11? If so, can you redo the image without WMP 11 and see if the problem persists?
