Need to remount file system in AIX
I had a power failure and when I restarted my RS6000, my /home file system on /hd1 is not there anymore. How do I remount it so it appears when I issue the mount command?

Thanks, that woked to mount the file system. Now when I type MENU to load my application I get the following error:
0 can't find entry for 'dumb' in '/home/acobol/etc/a_termca p'
Any ideas?
Thanks,
George

I assume you tried
mount /home or
mount /dev/hd1 /home ?
Are there any error messages?
issue fsck -y /dev/hd1 while /home is not mounted, then try to mount
Now any error messages from fsck or from mount ?
If still no success, please issue lsvg -l rootvg , lsvg -p rootvg and grep -p /home: /etc/filesystems and post the output!
