I mistakenly canceled a meeting (premanently).

Is there a way to recover this meeting.

Why When I tried to reshedule the meeting the same people are showed as already scheduled.

How to resolve that ?

Did you set up the meeting ?

It is possible that the cancellation has not replicated to to all users.

Wait a bit and try to recreate.

    I hope this helps !

I resolved the problem by sending a new meeting request and adding guests as bcc.
