Invalid Date Win2000 citrix server

Users accessing application via citrix metaframe. Inside of application receive error Invalid date format. Found that if an administrator rights userid logs in from same user workstation the administrator user does not get same message. System was updated recently to Service pack 4. Verified the inernational key, both sdate and longdate. Tried insert a registery key via the winlogon.cmd to force the date long and short format . These did not resolve the problem. Had to us an a user with administrtor rights to resolve the issue.

I wonder what would happen if you time synched your clients with the server.  Just a though if both client and server are synched time wise if the problem would go away.
See below You could set up the server as an ntp server and run a logon script to time sync the clients.  Just an idea
