Accessing Novell home directory without client

When students login to eDirectory on our Novell Netware 6.5 server through the Novell desktop client (using Windows Xp), they gain access to their personal home directory folder.  Is there a way of a student or anyone in that case, being able to login and map their home folder without using the Novell Client?

    Accepted Solution

Netware 6.5 comes with Native File Access, meaning you can easily configure the server to accept connections via CIFS (ie. the native Windows file protocol).

It also comes with NetStorage, so you can access home directories via a browser.
