Hello bcarlis,

Yes, Outlook is bought is bought specific language.  You can ask your vendor to change the Outlook 2003 Disc from Spanish to English.

Hope this helps!
What language in Outlook do you want to change?

Are you referring the way the Menu Items/Options/Toolbars/Nav Pane are displayed?

Or do you just want to change the language and Dictionary that your emails are composed in?

If Menu Items/Options/Toolbars/Nav Pane ect. ect. are displayed in Spanish, as War 1 said you will need to purchase an English Version of Outlook.

If you just want to change your input Language or Language your Emails are composed in you can do this using your Regional and language Options on the PC.

Go to Start>Settings>Control Panel>Regional and language Options>Languages Tab>Details
Check that your Default Input language is English.
Below check that installed languages are English or English and Spanish
And check your Key Settings
These are the keys you set to switch back and forth from each language.
