Email reply font change to subscript automatically

I have wierd situation.  I have an user send her Email to any body.  When people reply to her Email, font will automatically set the subscript check box checked.  She has the same setting in Outlook option as everybody. The font looks normal when people received or open the Email.  It only happen when people reply her Email.  She uses Word 2003 as default editor.

I just cannot figure it out why it happen at receiving end when people reply the Email.

Does any body have a clue?

Thanks

Close outlook, do a search for the normal.dot file and delete it.

Open word, close word
Open outlook and create a new email and send.  Get a reply and see if it is fixed.

Should be as it sounds like word is the default editor.

The default for the Word template was pointed to a network share folder.  Recreate the normal.dot locally and the problem resolved.  Thank you
