Have OEM 2008 Server DVDs and Licenses but want to install Server 2003 instead

We bought Server 2008 STandard OEM licenses but would like to install Server 2003 Standard which we have a CD for. We apparently are OK because of downgrading licensing, but how do you do it without a 2003 key? All I have read states 2008 needs to be on first?

Windows Server 2008 Downgrade Rights
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2008/en/us/downgrade-rights.aspx
During installation they should give you an 800 number to call....they will ask for your current license and will give you a key for 2003
