Is there any way to get Google's db of quotes made by people?

When you search for a person in the Google News tab, Google often shows a recent quote from that person. For example, searching for Warren Buffett leads to a quote being displayed on top of the Google News results,
http://news.google.com/news?q=warren%20buffet&oe=utf-8&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&hl=en&tab=wn
and then when you click 'more' you can see all the quotes that Google has that are attributed to that person. Here is the complete Warren Buffett list for example:
http://news.google.com/news?oe=utf-8&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a&ie=UTF-8&hl=en&tab=wn&qsid=aVKOcRYxrAldGM

I want to know whether there is anyway for me to get access to these quotes (i.e  I want access to all the quotes that Google has in its db and I want to keep getting the new ones as and when Google adds them). For e.g. I may want to display these on my website.

Is there anyway to get access to this data? Is there any Google api that will give me access to this data?

If what I am asking for is not clear, please let me know.

There is not a database you can view outside of doing a news.google.com search for person's name.  Take a look here for the google public announcement of the quotes feature: http://googlenewsblog.blogspot.com/2008/04/words-matter.html
Here is the google help forum if needed:
