No mailbox in the RSG

I have created one RSG and mouted the first mailbox store in the RSG, but the user mailbox is not showing in the RSG, am I doing anything wrong, it is exchange 2003 enterpries edition.

In General, after you add the database to RSG, you have to restore the database from Backup to view all the mailboxes.
