What is Emachines T6520 CPU Socket Type - 939 or 734?

Can anyone tell/confirm the CPU Socket type on Emachines T6520 (released in 2005) please.

A bunch of contradicting debates in various online forums.

I am thinking of upgrading this machine to AMD Dual Core, and need to make sure I order the right processor.

According to this http://reviews.cnet.com/desktops/emachines-t6520-media-center/4507-3118_7-31466280.html, it has an Athlon64 3400+ cpu.  From AMD's website, there are 5 variants of the Athlon64 3400+, all of them socket 754: http://products.amd.com/en-us/DesktopCPUSideBySide.aspx?id=108&id=109&id=110&id=111&id=112.  Socket 754 does not support the dual core X2 processors.
