Toad option to generate schema DDL script

I am using toad to connect to oracle 10g. I want to generate DDL script of entire schema/user say XYZ. I used to see the option earlier ie yesterday as in screenshot named 'ToadOption1' under
Database--->Export--->Generate Schema Script.

Now today I cannot see that option any more as in screenshot named 'ToadOption2'. How can i see the above option to 'generate schema script'. Can you please tell me step by step navigation for that to come. I am logging as same schema/user all same not sure why i am not able to see now. I am not sure what i did different today compared to yesterday.Please advise. Any resources, links, ideas, navigation steps highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

That's wicked!  I am out of the office until Tuesday, but allow me to make a stab at it.  Start with a full power off and restart on the PC.  Do the usual, bring up TOAD, and capture the version level you're on (current is around 9.7).  Ensure that you select an user account that has export_full_database granted, such as SYS (shouldn't make any difference to the software at this point, but....).
Is there any possibility that you have multiple copies of TOAD available?  Obviously, did anything on the PC change?
The right windows in the background are different, again, should be immaterial.
Let's go from there.

Exactly. I do not have multiple copies of Toad. I did not do any chages to PC. Toad version on current machine is 9.7.2.5.
I am granting all privileges to user/schema using command
grant all privilege to schema/user with ADMIN OPTION.
Please advise.

I wish I could.... When you restart TOAD and open an instance, does the toolbar stay consistent -- what occurs over, say, three trials?  
A reminder if your organization has a non-trial version, you probably have a support contract with Quest.  Alternatively, try the knowledge base on www.toadworld.com.
