Unreal Tournament 3 Demo  -- Cannot Run After Install.   Error Modified Executable Code Not Allowed

I am trying to get Unreal Tournament 3 Demo to run on my AMD  XP Pro SP2 system but after it installs the message comes up ""Modified executable code is not allowed"

How can I resolve this problem ?

Assuming you are using 32-bit XP SP2?
Still worth trying this patch from Epic to replace the demo EXE keep the original file safe somewhere in case you see no improvement.
If it doesn't help please post your system specs especially Graphics card and driver versions.
