I recommend following the instructions on the above page to remove it, then running a full spyware scan with Malwarebytes:

Are you sure the other users did not customize the IE's Window Title? because it is customizable.

    In the registry:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
in the right pane, "Window Title" you can change the data to whatever you want to show on IE's header.

You can also do this(customize IE's Window Title) via Spybot if you have Spybot installed. Just wondering if someone did do it on purpose.
