Squid Proxy - allow one computer through blocked sites list

I have a Ubuntu server running Squid as the proxy server for the network.  There is ONE computer that I need to get through to a specific web site that is currently blocked by a rule for all users through Squid.

How can this be accomplished?

That appears that it would work...any idea of how to implement it through webmin?
I have never used webmin

how about just edit /etc/squid/squid.conf

and look for the acl section. acl's can be declared anywhere.

the order of the http_access is the one being relevant. look for the allow rule affeting you and add the acl as recommended

I'm in the process of trying to get into that file...even the root user gets a permission denied to even view it..
