DateTime Picker in DataView Grid

How do I change a control in a DataGrid from textbox to a DateTimePicker.

I am using Visual Studio 2008 and VB.Net

    Why is the combobox without a pulldown until you click into the control? Also why is the control slightly different-looking than the standard Datetimepicker control (missing a small downarrow at the far right)?
