Logmein destroys TS on the machine it's installed on.  I'm not sure if it's intentional or a by product but I've got a 2k3 r2 server I can no longer TS into and an XP Pro in the same boat.  I haven't bothered changing the TS port to listen on something besides 3389 but there's an option.

I also noticed that removing it from my xp pro box did not restore TS to a default working state.  You could try starting 2k3 in safemode or ad recovery mode to uninstall logmein and/or manually stop/disable the services for logmein in services.msc
