When launching a published app from our Citrix Web Interface the launch.ica file sometimes returns a STA which is not included in the list of servers for that app. Because of this the user sees a &quot;Protocol Error&quot; and is returned to the list of published apps to try again. We have 3 XenApp servers and a separate WI/CSG server. The STA that causes the problem is that of the WI/CSG server which does not host any applications. Why would the WI/CSG server include it's STA in the published apps when it is not included in the server list for that app? More importantly, how can I fix this problem?

Launch.ica contains wrong STA ID
