Exchange 2007 MX Record updation and Publishing over net with Dynamic IP

I have Installed Exchange Server 2007 with UM and MOSS 2007 in a Virtual Server. I Don't have any Static IP and all. Everything is in a Testing Envionment.  Can I access this Mail box from out side.. how can i Publish this Over internet throgh dynamic IP (Dyndns or no-ip) can i update MX record with a dynamic IP.

this is only for a testing Purpose.. if any one can help me this step by step.. that is highly appreciated!..

    The MX record for your domain doesn't need to change; it can be statically defined on your name server to point to your SMTP server (ie. if it handles inbound email as well) by name. If the A and PTR records for that site happen to change, it doesn't affect the MX record.

    The simple technique is to use a dynamic DNS account, and put that host name as your MX record. As long as the MX record host is valid, it does not have to be in the same domain.

    So your domain could be, but the MX record is

    you can use a third party application.... dyndns.. this wil help you to use dynamic ip..
    But MS do not support Dynamic IP...
