The MX record for your domain doesn't need to change; it can be statically defined on your name server to point to your SMTP server (ie. email.newyear.com if it handles inbound email as well) by name. If the A and PTR records for that site happen to change, it doesn't affect the MX record.
The simple technique is to use a dynamic DNS account, and put that host name as your MX record. As long as the MX record host is valid, it does not have to be in the same domain.

So your domain could be example.com, but the MX record is host.dyndns.org

you can use a third party application.... dyndns.. this wil help you to use dynamic ip..
But MS do not support Dynamic IP...
