The Update Services service failed to start ...: The system cannot find the path specified.

I am repeatedly (every 2-3 minutes) receiving an Event ID 7000 error in the System Event logs.  See below for details.

I did a search but did not find anything for the ... "The system cannot find the path specified" type of error.

Does anyone know what is causing the error and how to fix/stop it?
Thanks

Your GPOs that point to the server may be pointing to the wrong port number.

Example:
By default:
http:\\servername              (on port 80)
http:\\servername:8530     (an alternative port to port 80 if you have a web site already on the server)
