Exch2k3 Is there a way to have more than one emai lexternal domain come to one exchange server?

If so, how do I set this up?  Say I want one user email to say "" and another to say '"  I know how to direct this from DNS but I not sure what sett9ings to click in exchange sys manager and/or MS Exch ADUC?

Where is this setting in Exch2k7 as well?  Thanks.
