DL380 G2 can't see my external USB hard drive!!

I updated the firmware with the HP 7.7support pack and it see's it in hardware devices icon to disconnect but I cant access the drives.. what can I do to make the server see it?   w2k3ent.

    Right click on the My computer and click manage, see whether you see the drive under the Disk management interface.
    It is possible, that a drive letter was not assigned to the new Drive.  Assign a drive letter and the issue should be resolved.
