User has about a week's emails missing from his Inbox, however, these emails are visible on his BlackBerry.
BlackBerry Manager version is
Outlook 2003 on Exchange Server 2003
How can I get these emails to be sent to his mailbox?

Firstly I would look in Exchange Manager and make sure that the emails are there. Alternatively, get the user to log into Outlook Web Access. I find that a useful way to compare what a user sees on his Email client to what's actually on his email client.

Once you're sure that the missing emails are  still in the user's mailbox then I'd say the easiest and quickest way is to go into the Control Panel, then go to 'Mail' then delete the Profile. Then re-insert the profile, add the additional mailboxes if the user has any as well as any PST files.

Thanks desshiels, the emails are not in OWA as well (should have included this in the initial question), I will check in Exchange Manager and let you know the outcome.

    Hi desshiels,
Just checked again, Exchange organization is actually a 2007 Exchange org, and as such it is impossible to view individual emails, I guess the only alternative is to delete her profile and recreate it.

    Any further/other suggestions?
