What about logs on your Fortigate for Raduis? &nbsp;Anything? &nbsp;It would seem to me that it is your fortigate that maybe having trouble performing lookups.<br />

Im trying to use a Radius server (coinnected to &nbsp;active directory) to authenticate<br />
some users that needs to use &nbsp;a special &nbsp;service &nbsp;of the &nbsp;firewall....<br />

My &nbsp;fortigate 310 has a page that &nbsp;can autenticate using &nbsp;a radius server....<br />
all works ok if the &nbsp;user is a VPN user (on active &nbsp;directory)<br />
but i can't authenticate &nbsp;any &nbsp;user that is not &nbsp;a vpn user.<br />
<br />
Any solution to authenticate all the users ?<br />

My  fortigate 310 has a page that  can autenticate using  a radius server....
all works ok if the  user is a VPN user (on active  directory)
but i can't authenticate  any  user that is not  a vpn user.

Any solution to authenticate all the users ?
