You should have in your /etc/apt/sources.list line starting with: deb cdrom... (it will be probably commented with # at the beginning).
Uncomment this line, and run "apt-get update".

After uncommenting the line suggested by oklit, type:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install kubuntu-desktop

Further to uncommenting that line, you should also comment all the rest, so that apt will look only into the CD.

Ah, of course! I was thinking you have the full DVD of kubuntu...

Should put the kubuntu CDROM into the tray!
Download it from here: http://www.kubuntu.org/getkubuntu

you have to change the cdrom line in /etc/apt/sources.list to the one of Kubuntu!

sudo apt-cdrom add
(follow on screeen instructions)

sudo apt-get update
