Microsoft Exchange 2007 Self Cert & ISA Server 2006

Since several days i get the following Error Message:

The STARTTLS certificate will expire soon: subject: servername.domain.local, hours remaining: 3A125268A52D46202E61B0295CF4C138089BD1B4. Run the New-ExchangeCertificate cmdlet to create a new certificate.

Does anybody have a step by step Howto ? This certificate has to be exportet and reimportet to our Isa 2006 Server.
