terminal server users cannot connect to exchange server 2007

I have a problem with users accessing Exchange 207 from Terminal Server and Outlook 2003.
Some users is working fine.
I have 2 users, which from a normal Windows XP can connect ok. The same 2 users cannot connect to Exchange 2007 from within Terminal Server og Citrix.
The users same seperate profiles for normal logon an TS logon. Both are set to roaming profile.
The problem occur suddently for 2-3 months ago, and all users I try to give access through TS is having this problem.

Error displayed: Outlook could not connect to Exchange Server... There is no connection to The Exchange server. Check if it is offline.

I have tried typing IP-address instead of the servernavne (FQDN).
I have given full control to the local profile folder on the TS.
OWA is workiing from the TS wiht the user login.

Hi,

try to use this tool TCPView to monitor connections from the client to the server:

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb897437.aspx
hold ctrl and right click on outlook icon on system tray
click on connection status
Paste the info here
How about recreating users terminal services profiles? Go to the user's profile folder location, rename it to something else so you have it backed up, create new folder with the same name(username), grant it Full Access to the specific user, ADMINISTRATORS and SYTEM. Blasting user's profile can solve problems with citrix very often.

You never mentioned if the ping from the terminal server worked or not. Maybe a firewall is blocking this kind of communication?
