Cisco VPN 3002 drops tunnel connection daily

I have a setup that uses a Cisco 3000 Concentrator and 12 Cisco VPN 3002 clients located at different sites.  I have two sites in particular where the tunnel is disconnected and has to be manually reconnected daily.  Once this reconnection happens, the system is fine until the next morning and it happens again.  There are no power surges or server shutdowns.  I really can't see any problem that would cause this is happen.  Any suggestions?

Does it happen at a particular time?  Do you have a syslog server set up?

It normally happens overnight.  No, I don't have a syslog server set up.  Unfortunately, I inherited this setup and only have been here 6 months.  So most of the last six months, I have been putting out fires.  This is one that happens daily.  It only happens to two sites so far, but potentially can happen to all because they all have instructions to manually reconnect.

I would set up a syslog server to start.  Set up logging.  Set up network monitoring software to find out exactly when it dies.  I would look at the 30 day free trial of Solarwinds engineers edition. (www.solarwinds.net)

Get some information to start troubleshooting.  That's the first step.
