We have an Avaya IP Office wallboard set up and i'm configuring the information to be displayed. I'd like to display each users total calls answered (external). I'm looking at the variables but when i choose the one i think it is, i'm not able to choose individual extensions only groups.

I found the answer myself. The wallboard does not enable individual stats, the CCV supervisor software is designed for this.
