Exchange 2007 - Restricting access to distribution group

I have a windows 2008 server with exchange 2007 running. I have a distribution group called All-company.   I do not want to hide the group but rather to limit who can send to this group.  My exchange experience is ZERO so I turn to the experts for help.  Thanks in advance for any help you can give me..

1. Open Exchange management Console
2. Expand recipient Configuration on the left hand pane
3. Click on Distribution Group
4. Locate the Distribution Group that you want to restrict Mail flow to
5. Click on the Properties of the Distribution Group & Click on mail Flow Settings
6. Double Click on Message Delivery restrictions
7. Click on the Radio button of "Only Senders from the Following List" & add the recipients that you want to allow sending to this group

Thats it & you are done..
