Delphi 2007 Win32 won't debug on Vista 64bit

Anyone having trouble compiling on Vista 64 bit system using Delphi 2007?  Everything will compile fine, but when you try to step through debug, it just gives you that error window saying "windows is checking for a solution to the problem".  I can run the exe no problem after compiling, and I've tried several different types of programs, even very simple programs fail the same way when attempting to debug.

I found it!   Read this http://www.justtext.com/messageboards/20090216182012.html if you are having the problem.  Crazy but its the logitech camera software, works great for me now..... I would have never thought that.
