Cannot configure the NCM and NPM for the Solarwinds 9.1 website.

Hello Folks,

I am trying to evaluate Solarwinds suite of apps.  I was able to install NPM, and NCM modules.  I am not sure what I did, but NPM is now on port 8888 and NCM is only accessible locally.   When I click on Network Configuration Manager", it brings me back to NPM home page.

Can someone give a hand on what configuration wizard do I run and what values do I use.  I am sure I am not passing the right values for the Integration wizard.   Does NPM have to be on port 8787 and NCM on port 8888?  How can I modify the changes?

    Have you followed the proper steps given in the configuration guides of Solarwinds Orion which are shipped with the package? Please re-check if every step is properly followed;

    Accepted Solution

    I have not installed the NCM Web Integration for now.  I will just use the local desktop application.   I believe this may have to do something with their SP3 and SP4.
