How to draw lines with mouse - Actionscript 3

I am trying to create a flash movie (AS3) that would allow the user to draw using his/her mouse but lines only. The user would click to set the start point of the line then as he/she moves the mouse around the line would move with the mouse until the user clicks again to set the end point. When the user clicks again a new line is created without deleting the previous one.

Would anyone have any pointers or tutorial to get me started? I was able to find some on how to hand draw but I am after drawing lines...

Thanks in advance for your help,
