Need Universal Port Replicator with Video

I have a client who just purchased a Dell Vostro 1310 (XP Pro).  This model does not have a compatible docking station, so I will need a universal model, preferably with a video output (either VGA or DVI) if possible.  There is the Targus expresscard one, but all I've been able to find out about it is that it gets horrible review on every site I've been on.

Does anyone have any recomendations for me?  I've searched the web for quite a while without much luck.

I have been using Targus brand and it works just fine.
The Kensington is also good products:

I've seen really bad reviews on the web for that one, and for the expresscard version.  Do you use the video-out?  Does it work ok?

Check out the reviews on Amazon:

I dont have such problem so I have no comments for those reviews though. If you just need a video signal, then look at Matrox products .... no need the docking.
