I have webcam setup at http://localhost:8070/ using ablecam software. I want to be able to view it from the web. I have att dsl. Is there an easy way to set this up so I can view it from the open internet? I'm using 2003 server. I would like to view my webcam from the internet from a webpage I have setup on a co-located site

If you have home DSL, then most likely you have a dynamic IP address, and maybe even port 80 blocking which is probably why you set it up on port 8070 - good move.

You have a few options.  First, you can get a free dynamic DNS domain name from http://www.dyndns.com.  There you would set up something like [yoursitename].dyndns.org.  You load some software on your machine that has the Camera.  It talks to dyndns to keep your IP address current with the DNS entry.  Then on your hosted web site you create a link to the dyndns name.

Hope that helps.
