exchange 2003 storage limits
I have set a mailbox store issue warning storage limit of 512000, currently no prohibit send and no prohibit send and receive limit are set.
The problem is that no warnings are being sent, the warning message interval is set to run at midnight every day. When I add the Storage Limit column to the Mailbox view, all the mailboxes have "No Checking" shown even though there is a limit set for issue warning.
This is driving me mad as some users are abusing the limits!

Hi Nitin,
Yes, I right clicked on the mailbox store >> Properties then under the Limits tab I have checked the Issue warning at (KB) and entered 512000. The warning message interval is set to run daily at midnight.

Hi,
Please also give the Prohibit Send/Recive settings also, to make sure whether they can send or not. See unless you prohibit send/receive they can continue to send/receive and abuse the limits, Warning does not stop from sending/receiving

I have added those settings, but as you can see, the Storage Limit column still shows "No Checking"

This has been set for 2 days now and the status still shows "No Checking", surely it doesnt take that long to update?

This is really frustrating me now! Still the same this morning, left overnight, no warning messages were sent and the Storage Limit column is still showing "No Checking".
