Active Directory Default First Site Change

After running a dcdiag i have found that the default first site is a server that I do not want it to be the first queried how can I change this?

    Do you not want clients to use that DC first or is this just in a dcdiag command?
    Did you run the dcdiag command on that server?

    I would like the clients to go that server first. It is set server b when I want it to be server

    I ran the dcdiag tool from the exchange server

    when you run dcdiag you can specify the DC
    dcdiag /s:Domain Controller
