Windows 2003 SBS - DHCP Turned Off

My company has a 2003 SBS server, and every time we connect another DHCP server to our LAN it turns off the SBS server's DHCP Server Service.  How can I prevent this from occurring?

Thx,
B.

off course, there can be only one dhcp 'device' in your LAN.
disable all other dhcp devices, and enable it on sbs.
maybe rerun the 'connect to the internet wizard'.

I want the SBS server to over ride any other DHCP service as the incumbent.

SBS will automatically deactivate its own DHCP server if it detects another one on the network, and I don't think there's a way to override that behavior.  There's no way to declare a "master" DHCP server for a network and tell all other DHCP servers to automatically disable themselves.  If you don't want to have to restart your SBS server's DHCP server, the only solution is to disable the DHCP server of any other device before you connect it to your network.
