Dell poweredge server 2450: error This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)

The device mgr states: if you want to use this device you must disable one of the other devices on this system. Unfortunately this is not possible. Any thoughts?

    Have you rebooted the server?

    What devices are attached?

    Is the OS patched fully, are the device drivers up to date?

    Have you considered disabling a serial COM port ?
