Group Policy To Allow Several Users Access To Calendar Items?

We need to grant access to all of our sales people to be able to view all of the other sales peoples calendars. I was hoping there was a simple policy or something I can do to acoomplish this. I would much rather not have to go to each box and type in 40 names of who can access thier calendar, etc. Anyone have ideas?
Details - Exchange 2003, Clients are all on various versions of Office
