Mybook Word Edition Network 1 TB shows always offline

I used to be able to connect to it locally via k://mybook or via mionet installed and mionet webbased.

if it would go offline, i would reboot the mybook and would show again and be able to access my files

since 1 month, the mybook shows always offline and cant access my files. any ideas?

You may try to open it, get the HDD and connect to other external HDD box.

ok fixed it. just had to disconnect the power and put it back in and got fixed.
