Blackberry Manager Error

I am getting an error with my Blackberry Manager software, a Users device hasn't connected for a couple of days. When you try and send a message via pin I get the following error:

Error has occurred while trying to send a message by PIN:
RPC error detail - RPC server unavailable

The RPC server says its running on the server.

How do I fix this problem?

you can try to resend services book to the device.

Ok will try that and let you know.
If that does not work, delete the service book entries from the bb device directly.  Go to Options > Advanced Options > Service Book.  Delete all the entries, you will not be able to delete them all and you will need to delete them one by one.  Go to BES for that one account, right click, Resend Service Book.  Wait 20 minutes and test.

If no joy, your next option is to the delete the user completely from the BES and put them back on BES and go from there.
Look to the link first, if it is more than one user having the issue, which is what it sounds like based on you description.
