Hello,
I have created a Citrix report in Crystal Reports 11, using rmsummarydatabase tables to pull employees who have accessed certain applications through Citrix.  It seems that the sessions do not pull onto the report until 3-5 days or more have passed. Has anyone ever come across anything like this and if so is there a solution?  I would need the data to pull from the database imediately.
Thanks for Your Help

Where is the data logged?

What is logging it?

If it is a system log are you pulling from the live logs or the daily/weekly logs that are saved?

I'm using the SDB_Session table to pull the sesions for each employee.  So if this is a System log then how would I pull this data from the live logs?

I don't know if you can or not.  Check with your system admins.

So I founf out this isn't pulling from a system table.  Is there anything else I can do to resolve the delay from the database to the report?

Our Vendors have helped us to resolve the issue: Here is the solution
The Citrix Farm was using Citrix01 to upload the data to the database. Citrix01 is currently down so the database was configured to use Citrix02 to upload all the data each night at midnight to the RMSUmmmaryDatabase.

Thanks
